Spider-Man is arguably the most popular super-hero amongst children all over the world. Rarely will I go out to a zoo, or a park and not see a small child running around in a Spider-Man onesie web-shooting imaginary bad-guys. However it turns out that Spider-Man has some royal fans as the Duchess of Cambridge revealed that Prince George has Spider-Man pyjamas at home.
The Telegraph reports that the Duchess made the comments during a royal visit to Scotland where she stopped to talk to five-year old Jamie Speedle. Jamie reportedly had a top with Spider-Man prompting the comments from Kate.
His mother Lianne Mcnamara said the Duchess told her: “George has Spiderman pyjamas but they are too big for him just now. She was saying how much her little boy has grown so big, so quickly.” Alas, they’re currently a bit too big for him, but he’ll grow into them, and when he does he’ll not only be the most talked about baby of the last decade but he’ll be a web-slinging awesome superhero too!
