Spidey beats up Kate Upton and Cameron Diaz at UK Box Office

Kate Upton in The Other Woman loses out to Spider-Man
Sony might have been worried that the Amazing Spider-Man 2 would be overthrown by three women trying to get revenge on a cheating man and Kate Upton’s breasts, but they needn’t have worried. If there’s one thing Spider-Fans can ignore when it comes to the choice between breasts and Spider-Man, it’s breasts.
Okay, so facetiousness aside, the Amazing Spider-Man 2 has held it’s position in the top spot of UK’s Box Office beating out Cameron Diaz, Leslie Mann and Kate Upton comedy ‘The Other Woman’. So it turns out that big Hollywood comedies aren’t as popular as big Hollywood superhero films. At least in the United Kingdom.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 has made up to £16.54 million (notice that’s in pounds, not dollars) so far, and with no direct competition coming in the next couple of week’s it will be hoping to rake in some more! In the UK only two films have matched or beaten this total in the first two weekends and they were the Lego Movie and Wolf of Wall Street.
So take that Cameron Diaz, Kate Upton and Leslie Mann!
