Amazing Spider-Man 2 game end credits reveal surprising villain

So the game’s not out yet but several people have not only played it, but some have even completed it. So, if you don’t want to know any details about the game other than what has officially been released, or want to keep it as much of a surprise as possible then you shouldn’t really be looking at an article about the game’s end-credits revelations should you.

Anyway, the ending to the Amazing Spider-Man 2 game has been posted online, along with some end-credits cut-scenes that involve the Kingpin, who we already know will be in the game, and another surprising villain that I suspect (but can’t say for sure) doesn’t appear in the rest of the game.

Kingpin

After sitting through all of the game-credits we get a nice little scene with Kingpin who is on the phone to the mayor and talking about anti-crime funding to reduce crime to a manageable level, suggesting that Kingpin is playing both sides of the law. However the next bit is the most shocking bit, a man walks in and loads of masks reveal themselves and then Kingpin calls him Chameleon and he takes his face off and is Chameleon.

So Chameleon is in the game! Pretty neat stuff from Beenox, I personally can’t wait to get my hands on the game and see which other Spider-Man characters and Easter-eggs the guys have put in.
