Watch the Oscars super-hero tribute featuring Spider-Man!

Last night’s 2014 Oscars had quite a few decent moments, however perhaps one of the best moments was the video package it released to honour cinema’s heroes. The segment was introduced by Captain America, or Chris Evans as he’s known here in the real-world and featured many on-screen heroes such as Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games, Harry Potter from, well, Harry Potter and of course everyone’s favourite neighbourhood hero, Spider-Man.

I will add that the talked about appearance of Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man in order to induct a new super-hero into the fraternity of superheroes didn’t actually take place. Which is a shame if you were looking forward to that moment, but the video itself is still cool.
