Hasbro unveils new Amazing Spider-Man 2 toy line for May 2014

With a new film set t hit theaters in May, the toy company Hasbro is gearing up to coincide the release with a line of toys based on the films. According to ScreenCrush.com, who were in New York for 2014 Toy Fair, the first glimpses at the Amazing Spider-Man 2 toys are here and they look pretty cool.
Nick Romano was at the Toy Fair and snapped some exclusive pics for ScreenCrush of the new Hasbro Spider-Man toys coming this May.

"Hasbro is poised to debut toy lines to accompany ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2′ when the film is released on [sic] May 2. Electro (played by Jamie Foxx in the film) and Spider-Man (played by Andrew Garfield) were at the forefront of the new merchandise, though, oddly, Green Goblin and Rhino were omitted."
It’s interesting that a villain as big as Green Goblin and Rhino would be omitted form the display, but that hardly took away from the glory of what we saw unveiled at the Toy Fair this year.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 hits theaters on May 2 and the Hasbro toy line will drop around the same time.
