Word came Tuesday that the director responsible for both 2012′s “The Amazing Spider-Man” and this May’s coming follow-up, “The Amazing Spider-Man 2,” is in final negotiations with Sony to complete the movie trilogy starring Andrew Garfield as the heroic Peter Parker.
